Girl Time with Kristi and Meri

This program celebrates friendship and the love of practicing Pilates. "Girl time" invites you to join Kristi and Meri in their personal workouts where the intention is designed to explore new ideas, learn from one another and of course, get a good workout. The classes are always structured, but the fun comes in the freedom they offer each other by alternating blocks of teaching while questioning each other's cueing and pushing each other to be better teachers.
